Harbor Navigation Center – San Pedro, California*
Constructed in partnership with the Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering. The facility provides storage services and case management resources for Angelenos experiencing homelessness.
Time Nightclub – Costa Mesa, California*
A tenant buildout at Triangle Square in Costa Mesa, California. The venue spans three stories of the shopping complex to establish the largest nightclub in Orange County. The interior decor is inspired by an “Alice in Wonderland” theme featuring two full-service bars, a depressed dance floor, a private women’s lounge, and state-of-the-art audiovisual installations.
Avant – Rancho Bernardo Inn, California*
An interior remodel of the main restaurant at the Rancho Bernardo Inn. The restaurant features a outdoor dining area, a chef’s demonstration kitchen, a wine tasting room, an island bar, and lounge area.
Science Care – Long Beach, California*
A tenant buildout was completed for a research and training facility dedicated to a whole body donation program. Special attention was given to developing a distinct building program tailored to meet the unique needs of the client.
Bella Terra Retail – Huntington Beach, California*
Twin retail buildings flank the southwest entrance to the Bella Terra retail center in Huntington Beach, California. The project aimed to provide retail spaces that seamlessly match the aesthetic of the neighboring shopping center and apartment complex, offering tenant suites for both retail and restaurant tenants
Catalina Kitchen at Terranea – Palos Verdes, California*
Catalina Kitchen is located in the heart of the Terranea Luxury Resort on the picturesque peninsula coast of Palos Verdes. The interior dining area combines modern craft elements with cozy farmhouse vibes, opening up to stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island.
Marriott – Costa Mesa, California*
This project involved the remodel of the Marriott hotel’s ground floor public area, encompassing the lobby, event rooms, dining area, business meeting rooms, and lobby restrooms. The scope included a comprehensive ADA access retrofit for parking and exterior access to ensure compliance with current code requirements.
Commissary 2.0 – Costa Mesa, California*
The Commissary is an adaptive reuse project that transforms a section of an existing warehouse and office building into a vibrant bar and lounge space. The concept aimed to create a relaxed nightlife venue with a dark, warehouse ambiance, featuring hip-hop DJs, dancing, and signature cocktails.
Ultimate HD Golf – Multiple Locations, California*
In partnership with Ultimate HD Golf, LA Fitness commissioned these venues in multiple facilities across California. The project involved converting a single racquetball court into a digital golf simulation space. Each of the four golf spaces is equipped with a specialized full-height screen to catch balls and provide a realistic playing experience. Additionally, players are recorded by golf swing sensors and monitoring systems, offering comprehensive form and swing training.
